Principle of Operation

Balanset-1A performs dynamic balancing by measuring vibration and phase on rotating machinery. The system automatically calculates the required correction weights based on initial measurements and trial mass runs, using the influence coefficient method. The device also supports FFT analysis for diagnostic purposes, providing both vibration trend graphs and spectra.
